Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hour notice. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in a 100% full service charge.
In the event of a No Call No Show, you will be charged 100% full service charge.
2 NCNS will result in client being blocked from booking any service with any Esthetician at BMoore Aesthetics.
If for any reason your appointment is cancelled and you wish to reschedule same day, you will be responsible to pay 50% of service fee up front. Your initial deposit does not apply.
If for any reason your card on file declines we will re-attempt to charge your card until payment is received. We will not be responsible for any late fee or overdraft fee.
A valid credit card is required to book your service. All deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable and will be applied to your remaining balance due at time of service. We accept all valid credit cards and cash. Checks of any kind are not accepted. Updating/Changing your form of payment at checkout will be permitted. Otherwise card on file will be charged.
Gift Cards may be purchased at BMoore Aesthics
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash.
In the event your esthetician has an emergency, natural disaster, or pandemic, deposits will remain Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Appointments will be rescheduled and deposit will apply to rescheduled appointment only.
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. We have a 15 minute grace period for appointments that are 60 minutes or more. There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments less than 60 minutes. There is no grace period for appointments under 45 minutes. If you are unable to make your appointment within the grace period your deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
There are NO REFUNDS on any Services, Products, Classes or Gift Cards
• Can my child sit in on my appointment? Children are not permitted under any circumstances
• Can teens get facials? Teens 12-17 are permitted to receive a customized facial with the company and consent of parent or legal guardian
• Can I bring guest to facial? No additional guest are permitted in treatment room or waiting area.
• Why Do I Need A Facial? Facials will slow down the aging process, aid in hydration and product absorption, correct conditions such as acne and dark spots
• How often should I get a facial? Facials can be performed once a month. However, if you are working to correct a condition such as acne or hyperpigmentation, facials should be performed weekly or biweekly for best results
• How do I prepare for facial? Avoid exfoliation, wax, or sun exposure as this may cause increased sensitivity.
• How soon will I see results from my facial? Results are usually seen immediately following a professional facial service as skin has been properly treated and boost in circulation has begun.
• Will I break out after facial? It is very common to see breakouts after a facial as toxins are being released thro the skin.
• If you have allergies and are on any medication you must be honest in disclosing this information as some products may cause reactions.
• If you have cold sores, cuts, broken or bleeding skin do not schedule an appointment until healed.
•If you come to appointment with cold sores, cuts, broken or bleeding skin, you will not be serviced and charged 100% full service fee.
• If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or any contagious illness, or have been in contact with anyone who has had Covid-19 your appointment will be canceled.
